Tenggol Island (Pulau Tenggol) - Terengganu
Tenggol Island is small and compact which less than 3km long and 2km wide. The island is one of the most stunning and tranquil islands neighboring the famous East Coast of Malaysia, known for its perfect waters warmed by the South China Sea. It is also well-known for its impressive rocky cliffs that offer many outstanding dive sites.
The west of the island is a steep sided wall that descends down to 30 metres where interesting boulders can be found. Theres a plenty of colour with soft corals and fans, while on the east of the island that may find some intriguing critters lurking in the sand.
Visitors can find pristine coral formations and numerous of submerged rocks with perfect coral growths. The deep waters surrounding the island offer great visibility particularly during the months of April until June. |
